In this recipe I have listed exactly what I have used. That doesn’t mean you need to use organic etc, just use what you have. Just thought it might be helpful to let everyone know what I have used, there are certain things that I always try to use organic and others I don’t care so much about. I love this slice because it’s so easy and I can get lots of different things in there! Hope you love it as much as we do x
Ingredients
1 Cup Coconut Oil
50g Unsalted Butter
1/2 Cup Organic Peanut Butter
1 Tablespoon Raw Honey
Pinch of Organic Pink Salt
1 Cup Organic Walnuts (crushed)
1/2 Cup Organic Seeds (crushed) pumpkin/sunflower and watermelon activated seeds.
1/2 Cup Shredded Coconut
1/2 Cup Organic Rolled Oats
1 Tablespoon Organic Cinnamon
Instructions
Melt together Coconut oil, butter, peanut butter, honey and salt over a low heat until melted and mixed well. Mix in the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Put into prepared dish and put in the freezer to harden for about 20 minutes, take out and leave in the fridge for a while then cut into pieces. Store in the fridge. Enjoy!!
